Founded in the heart of New Zealand's Far North, Eastbay Career Solutions was born from a simple observation: regional businesses struggle to find skilled workers, while talented individuals around the world seek opportunities in New Zealand.
Based in Kaitaia, we understand the unique challenges faced by businesses in regional New Zealand. Our founders saw firsthand how labor shortages were holding back local industries—construction projects delayed, healthcare facilities understaffed, and farms struggling to find experienced workers.
At the same time, skilled workers in the Pacific Islands, Asia, and beyond were seeking the opportunity to build better lives for their families. We created Eastbay Career Solutions to bridge this gap—connecting global talent with New Zealand opportunity.
